Matthew Saker – Senior Vice President CBRE
Matt Saker joined CBRE, Inc. in 2002. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Saker has represented various Fortune 500 tenants, major institutions, developers and owners in leasing and subleasing assignments worldwide.
He has received numerous awards at CBRE, including the number 1 Broker in New Jersey in 2007 and Top 200 nationally out of more than 3,500 brokers for production in 2006.

Steven M. Scopellite
Steve is a technology visionary who retired from Goldman Sachs in 2013 after a distinguished career of nearly 30 years, having served as Global Chief Information Officer and head of the 8,000-person Global Technology Division. During his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Steve led the firm’s penetration of new markets across Europe and Asia, pioneered the bank’s expansion into electronic trading, and developed the global funding platform. He was named to the Institutional Investor Tech 50 list in 2012 and 2013.
Steve currently serves as the Chairman to the Riverview Medical Center Foundation Board of Trustees. He serves as a Director of Soltage, LLC, a leading renewable energy provider. He serves as a Director at Ionic Security, a secure platform to protect and control data. He served as a Director of Akamai Technologies, Inc. from January 1, 2014 until May 23, 2017 and also serves as an advisor and consultant to the CIO Strategy Exchange (CIOSE).

Donald J Duet
Don is an accomplished leader in successfully developing and executing business and technology strategy.
Don currently is President and COO of Vapor.io, an emerging leader in the rapidly growing field of Edge computing infrastructure, as well as a Senior Advisor at McKinsey Corporation.
Don spent 28 years at Goldman Sachs, during which time he held senior leadership roles in Technology in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Don led the global technology division for Goldman from 2012 to 2016 and was named a partner of the firm in 2006 and Managing Director in 2000. Don was the CIO for Asia Pacific from 2001 to 2006 and served on the Asia management committee. Since relocating to the US in 2006, Don co-chaired the IBD Technology Investment Committee and was a member of the firm’s Firmwide Risk, Market RIsk and Business Standards committee.
Don played an integral role in creating Goldman’s business systems architecture, algorithmic trading and risk management platform as well as leading strategic firm wide investments in VDI, Data architecture, AI and Cloud / Software Defined Infrastructure. He also created and led the teams responsible for the development of Symphony and Orbit which were subsequently spun out of the firm as broader industry platforms.
WIthin the technology industry, Don has been an active and vocal proponent of Open Source and Open Standards communities including acting as a founding board member of the Open Compute Project.
Don and his family reside in NY city where he is actively engaged in education and arts, serving on the board of the New York Foundation for the Arts, Columbia University School of Professional Studies, Marist College board of trustees and Teaching Matters.
